PC M.D. Service Agreements

PC M.D. endeavors to build long term relationships with our clients. One of the ways we do this is by offering cost-effective retainer-style agreements that give you, the customer, peace of mind that real help is just a priority phone call away.

We are happy to bid on a project, work by the hour, consider partial barter in kind, and/or just about any other good business arrangement. We have often found that having service agreements in place with our regular clients stimulates IT development progress and best allows us the onsite in-depth understandings necessary to properly advise you in planning for both your immediate and long-term IT needs.

Service Agreement hours can be applied towards any of the different technical services we offer.

We offer the following types of standard service agreements:

30 Day, 10 Valuated Hours Level:    $600.00	(50% up front)
60 Day, 20 Valuated Hours Level: $1,000.00	(25% up front)
120 Day, 50 Valuated Hours Level: $2,000.00	(10% up front)

All agreements include guaranteed response time within 24 hours (next business day) by phone or onsite
as needed.

PC M.D. reserves the right to change the prices posted here at any time. Project proposal quotes will be honored for 15 business days from the date of proposal communication.
