In these tough times it is more important than ever to minimize waste and maximize productivity. At PC M.D. we strive to run our business the same way we advise our clients - spending now only what we have to for what we need now, minimizing overhead wherever we can, and maximizing the tools and skills that are already in-house.

We believe in seeking the most cost-effective and fastest quality methods of achieving your IT goals now while keeping an accurate eye on future scalability. Every week we see deluxe systems, software packages, and IT contracts full of unused bells and whistles that to us represent valuable limited resources that could have been spent differently.

Because we stay lean and mean, we are able to offer our clients the best prices in town for the breadth of qualified services we offer. We will consider any valid comparison price by a competitor at any time, match it if it truly is a better deal for you, and tell you why if it is not. Big corporate presences are useful in their way, but at PC M.D. we offer a personal touch you just can't get standing in line (while paying their overhead for the privilege!).

PC M.D. uses a "Valuated" hourly billing method (calculated to the quarter-hour) when billing for projects. We often liken it to an automobile mechanic's 'blue book' fair value concept. What this means is that we don't charge you for scan time while your machine is cleaning. We don't charge you for research time. If a job is worth 2 hours labor, even though the virus scans cleaning your machine run for two monitored days straight, we charge you two hours. We work on multiple machines at once, both in our office and on-site, and charge you only for the concentrated time we spend solving your IT problems.

We also offer free pickup and delivery standard, always. We work by project, in package deals, and by contract as well as by the hour. Many big corps and online IT firms do not disclose their full pricing terms until you have already been drawn in and signed something. At PC M.D. we believe in a different way of doing business. Basic Hourly Rate:
$75.00/hr for On-Site, Emergency, Web Development, IT Consultations work
$50.00/hr for in -PC M.D.- office pc work, social networking, SEO, Metadata, & IT Training work
